I have worked in the Financial Services Industry for the past 27 years and in the Insurance industry for 18 years of them
I owned and managed an accredited training provider named Nouveau Consulting and we traded as the Insurance Learning Academy
I designed the RPL Short Term Insurance tool and RPL’d thousands of insurance experts since 2007 including CEO’s of well known Insurers and UMA’s
I formed part of the group of experts that designed the FETC: Short Term Insurance qualification on NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID 49929)
I formed part of the FSB’s (now FSCA) workgroup that amended the FAIS Fit & Proper in 2008
I assisted in the design of the Short Term Insurance Personal Lines and Commercial Lines second level regulatory exam outcomes (now scrapped)
I formed part of the group of experts that designed two of the new QCTO Insurance qualifications at INSETA
I currently own and manage License to Skill and have a dream to revolutionise learning in the Short Term Insurance industry
I am a passionate empathiser, imagineer, top-right brain thinker and incidental business owner
I am outspoken and opinionated, but a sensitive soul, wrapping each person in light and love, trying to uncover the secrets in my soul and get all confused with my human-ness
I count stairs when I climb them, lucky enough to be the mother of the #MostGorgeousAndAmazingBoyInTheUniverse and apparently I am one of the best trainers of all time… or so they say
